No-buy week day 2 – dinners! 

Today for our no buy week husband and kids had fish and chips and i had some veggie pasta and salad. The goal for tomorrow is to try and make us all the same dinner! Sadly it’s not the most appetizing picture ever but it was quite tasty. I cooked onion in a little bit of olive oil, added some frozen butternut squash, cooked pasta, balsamic vinegar and Italian herb mix and serves with salad.
